1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MiscGPT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiscGPT is an AI-powered multi-tool SaaS platform that provides 87+ tools across categories including AI chat and content generation, SEO analysis, sitemap management, file conversion, developer utilities, keyword research, URL and domain tools, analytics, and general utilities. The Service is provided via a web application accessible at miscgpt.life.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register for an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive material
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service (except via authorized API keys)
  • Overload or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. API Keys and Rate Limits

  • Users may generate API keys to access the Service programmatically.
  • API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
  • The Service enforces rate limits: 60 requests per minute globally and 10 requests per minute for AI-powered endpoints per user.
  • Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses).
  • We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are being misused.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MiscGPT and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you input into or generate using our tools. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content:Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before using it.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
  • AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. Users should independently verify all outputs.
  • SEO analysis, keyword data, and other analytical results are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiscGPT and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MiscGPT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
